Exposition and Sponsorship Opportunities
Dear Potential MARM 2023 Exhibitors and Sponsors,

   The New York ACS is hosting the 50th Middle Atlantic Regional Meeting (MARM 2023) on Friday, June 9, 2023.  It will be held at The Graduate Center of the City University of New York, located in the center of Manhattan at 365 Fifth Avenue, across from the Empire State Building, and two avenues east of Penn Station. 

   We invite your organization to take advantage of the benefits of MARM 2023 as an Exhibitor or Sponsor. This is an excellent opportunity to connect with chemistry, biochemistry, material scientists, and science educators from Washington, DC to New York, NY.   The Exposition area will be surrounded by technical sessions covering flavor and fragrance, cosmetic, life science, material science and environmental chemistry.  We anticipate 250 attendees from industry, academia, government and K-12 education.  Your presence will maximize your visibility with attendees including decision makes and prospective workforce employees. 

   Included in your sponsorship are:
  • Exhibit tables located in a high traffic area to ensure a steady stream of attendees frequenting your display
  • A 5-ft rectangular table with two chairs
  • Standard 110V / 15 A power, if needed
  • Wireless internet access
  • Two meeting registrations that include technical symposia and boxed-lunches
  • Meeting attendees' contact information
  • Logo placement on the MARM 2023 website and in the Program along with a 50 word-description

Register before March 1, 2023 to received the Early Bird Discount Rate, and register by April 15, 2023 to ensure full benefits.  Returning MARM exhibitors received discounted pricing if they register by March 1, 2023.  Exhibit space and power are limited and spaces are reserved on a first come - first serve basis, so reserve your space early.
